Risk of Loss

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, custom, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
