Risk of Loss

  • All items purchased are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package by the carrier.

2. Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, custom, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
